Flex identifies whether someone is a prospective, current, or former member by cross-referencing their WhatsApp number against your Mindbody database.

Yes. Flex is configured around your brand voice and business knowledge base, including pricing, classes, policies, and more. You can also define exactly which actions Flex can take on its own, such as booking a class, and which actions need team approval, such as membership cancellations.

Yes. Flex detects the language a member is using and responds accordingly. It works mid-conversation too, if members switch languages from English to Arabic, for instance.

That’s your call. Some gyms and studios prefer full transparency; others prefer Flex to operate under a staff name. We’ll advise on what works best for your market and member base, but the decision is yours.

Implementation takes no more than two weeks once we have everything needed for your business knowledge base and once your WhatsApp Business API platform is set up. This includes a test phase before going live.

Yes. For studios with custom tech stacks or specific requirements, we build tailored integrations that can read from and write to your systems.

Pricing is based on your gym or studio’s size, number of locations, number of members, message volume, and the features you need. There’s a one-time implementation fee that covers onboarding, integration, configuration, and the test phase. This is quoted alongside the monthly access and support fee.
